These terms govern your use of Holger, a macOS voice assistant operated by Tobias Geertsen, Denmark. By downloading or using Holger, you agree to them.
We grant you a personal, non‑transferable licence to use Holger for your own use. Please don’t share your licence key, resell, or redistribute the app.
Don’t use Holger for anything unlawful, or attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse‑engineer the service. We may suspend access for misuse.
We work to keep Holger reliable but provide it “as is”, without warranties. Features may change or be improved over time. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.
Because there’s a free trial before you pay, we generally don’t offer refunds for partial months - but if something’s wrong, email us and we’ll make it right.
